Stock Controller - Photostudio (Full Time)

Role Responsibility

This role will support product movement within the Photo Studio, working closely with the studio Production & Styling teams to maintain studio capacity, SLAs & hit Stock Operation Team KPI’s. You will need to build and maintain good communicative relationships with the studio team as well as key stakeholders across the business. A proactive and resilient mentality is required in to effectively maintain stock capacities and schedule efficiently to reduce backlogs in peak periods. The morning process of the operation will require a highly proactive, brand aware and process driven candidate.

As the Photostudio Stock Controller, you will:

  • Be responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient product movement throughout the studio
  • Receipting in stock deliveries and transferring out stock to different doors of the business
  • Protecting stock to the store
  • Ensure Stock in the Photostudio area is maintained and returned to store in new sellable condition
  • Pick stock from store for Studio Ecom and Creative shoots
  • Collaboratively working with Production & Styling teams to schedule stock through the workflow
  • Daily communication with Production to ensure capacity is fulfilled
  • Work alongside Senior Stock Controller to Stock Operations manager to ensure SLA’s are maintained & KPI’s met
  • Manage product discrepancies within Studio stockfile(s)
  • Build relationships with DHL Supply Chain to support with Product intake
  • Support reducing product backlog and time to site
  • Maintain a professional and productive attitude living by the company values

The Ideal Candidate

You will have:

  • Experience working in Stock Operations/Stock Controller role
  • Ability to quickly learn new stock & product workflow systems
  • Ability to work under pressure on multiple tasks, remain focussed and maintain deadline KPI’s
  • Calm and professional personality
  • Proactive and flexible attitude
  • KPI reaching efficiency
  • Knowledge of Windows and MS Office – specifically efficient in the usage of Excel
  • Strong customer focus and knowledge of fashion brands
  • Be able to move stock safely and securely ensuring product is protected
  • Excellent organisation and positive forthcoming communication skills
  • Good relationship building skills

This role will be campus based, 5 days a week in the office and requires shift work.
