Role Responsibility

Selfridges has a brilliant opportunity within the Customer Analytics Team, reporting to the Senior Customer Analytics Manager. As a Sr. Customer Data Analyst, you will have the exciting and rare chance to work in a fast-paced environment, to help us take our business to the next level

  • You can expect to work daily using Salesforce Tableau CRM
  • Work with fellow analysts to create accessible, relevant, and actionable reports and dashboards, using multiple sources of data.
  • Support VIP Comms and Membership Manager and Clienteling Manager, by sharing campaign results and deliver actionable insights and recommendations from this, so that we always continue to evolve and improve the work we do
  • Provide weekly and monthly reports on key customer KPIs understand the drivers of their performance
  • Manipulate customer data and drive segmentation to help shape marketing campaigns and customer communications
  • Use robust statistical and data methods to build analyses
  • Champion a culture of self service by ensuring your stakeholders are suitably skilled in how to use our analytics tools.

The Ideal Candidate

  • 3+ years of practical experience as an customer analyst in data-driven organizations
  • Excellent SQL skills
  • Proven experience dealing with large, complex datasets of different varieties (e.g. digital       data, transactional data, marketing data) and evidence of being able to transform data into actionable insights
  • Experience managing the end to end process of CRM campaigns (from customer selection/segmentation through to analysing customer behaviour during and post campaigns)
  • Experience building dashboard, with a preference for Tableau CRM (formerly Einstein Analytics - Salesforce)
  • Time management skills: Ability to meet deadlines while dealing with multiple priorities.
  • Passionate about the customer - you are passionate about improving the customer experience through delivering actionable insight
  • A passion for solving new problems, learning new skills and furthering your understanding along the way.
