Junior Art Director

Job Introduction

We are seeking a Junior Art Director to join our photostudio team, reporting to the Art Director. This role is key in supporting our busy studio across ecommerce and marketing editorials, with a focus on still life. 

In this role you will: 

• Contribute to conceptual development, including mood boards and image research.
• Support the creation of elevated ecommerce shoot concepts, ensuring visuals align with our brand and have commercial impact.
• Art direct on-set when required for Accessories, Beauty, Kidswear, Toys, Food, and Home categories.•
• Confident in styling still life and prop sourcing whilst collaborating with internal creative squad
• Generate ideas and execute concepts for category landing pages and email marketing.
• Deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Support in post-production, retouch notes working closely with our creative retoucher 
• Support the personal shopping department with content development.
• Actively participate in pre-production to align details with the creative direction
• Assist the Art Director in creating and maintaining brand guidelines and AD decks
• Support and contribute creative ideas the Reasons to Visit image franchise 
• Stay current with trends and best practices.
• Support Art Director when required on larger shoots and campaigns 
• Help generate ideation and content for paid media, with a focus on video.
• Confidently present ideas internally

This is a hands-on, fast-paced role that requires a calm, pragmatic approach. 

• The ideal candidate will have experience in the creative industry, ideally in the luxury sector, with strong skills in still life styling and prop sourcing. 
• A solid portfolio of stills imagery across fashion and beauty. Interiors would be a benefit.
