Creative Project Assistant

Role Responsibility

The Creative Project Assistant sits in the Brand Strategy and Operations team and reports to the Creative Project Lead. They are an integral support role for the creative function and will enjoy experience and interaction across the creative function. A creative mindset, strong organisational skills, attention to detail and willingness to pitch in and problem solve is essential in supporting the Creative team’s overall productivity.  

As Creative Project Assistant, you will –

• Help to keep the Creative studio running efficiently, ensuring every one has what they need to do their work effectively

• Maintain a tidy and inspiring studio environment and an inventory of studio supplies, ensuring that workspaces are organised and creative resources are easily accessible

• Assist in sourcing and organising creative materials for various projects, support the planning and execution of studio events and workshops and help prepare and organise materials for presentations, client meetings, and brainstorming sessions.

• Conduct desk-based and in-field research for miscellaneous briefs and contribute to brain storming sessions

• Support on administrative tasks such as raising POs, setting up suppliers

• Provide diary management and travel, accommodation and logistics support to the Directors in the Creative function

• Greet guests and ensure they and their hosts have everything they need

• Coordinate with facilities and maintenance teams to address any issues or maintenance requirements in the studio

The Ideal Candidate

How you’ll do it…you will:

• Be a self starter who is willing to learn quickly, and pitch in wherever needed

• Have a basic understanding of the the creative process, and be eager to build knowledge whilst understanding the importance of administrative tasks

• Have strong organizational and multitasking skills, with exceptional attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Be able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• Be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and tasks.

• Previous experience in a creative or administrative role is a plus.
