So as a VIP Lounge Consultant in our new International Customer Service Lounge, it will be your job to provide that by identifying customer needs and exceeding them through delivery. The first lounge of its kind to provide world-class luxury service to customers from across the globe. From the moment you first meet and greet our guests until the moment they leave, you’ll strive to deliver a pro-active, considered service. Engaging customers, you’ll deal with any enquiries in a professional, courteous manner. Plus, you’ll manage the flow of customers through the lounge to make sure every one of your guests enjoys the same extraordinary level of service.
The Ideal Candidate
You will act as an ambassador of both the service and the business providing superior world class customer service. This includes building relationships with the client and both internal and external contacts.
We are looking for a candidate who has experience of delivering exemplary etiquette, strong organisational skills and is great at multi-tasking and communicating. You will be able to ensure customers receive an extraordinary experience through delivering personalised service.
Languages such as Mandarin and Arabic are highly desired along with all other languages.
The full time position operates on a fully flexible basis meaning you will need to have full availability across to week to work 37.5 hours. The part time position is a 19 hour per week contract to work on Saturday, Sunday and another day in the week.
