Role Responsibility
Here at Selfridges International Services Lounge you’ll be tasked with supporting the department manager as a Team Leader to deliver a world class luxury experience every step of the way. With clients and customers from all over the world, your role will include whilst building strong relationships and working with your team and with our tax free provider to ensure every customer’s need is met.
The Ideal Candidate
You will be passionate about customer service, team work, process driven, have an acute attention to detail and enjoy interacting with an array of multicultural visitors.
Do you have experience as a Team Leader in the luxury sector or within hospitality? Do you thrive on building lasting client relationships? Are you a confident communicator? If so, we would like to hear from you.
