Ticketing Coordinator / Artworker

Job Introduction

To own the creation of in store ticketing – from inception to distribution. This includes client liaison, ticket production, proofreading, printing and delivery across all stores.

To artwork and produce storewide ticketing of the highest standard to enhance the Selfridges experience which is in line with the creative strategy, fulfilling Selfridges brand values and business objectives.

 

As a Ticketing Coordinator/ Artworker you will: 

  • Co-ordinate, administer, copywrite, design, produce and distribute the in store ticketing for Oxford Street and the regional stores, clearly highlighting delivery timelines/agreements for all ticketing requests.
  • Setting up artwork files for small format prints, such as POS and invites.
  • Ensure all ticketing requests are logged into the system in an orderly, understandable way for easy access.
  • Ensure all finished tickets are stored in the ticketing library and logged, catalogued and filed correctly to ensure easy access at a later date.
  • Manage and distribute ticketing holders/blocks ensuring ownership and cataloguing the distribution and, where applicable the return to the ticketing department.
  • Manage a sensible fast track system when a ticket is required urgently.
  • Own the distribution/allocation of all sale ticketing and new/exclusive ticketing for the retail operations team.
  • Prioritising workload to meet project deadlines.
  • Continually review ways to improve communication and efficiencies across all areas of the ticketing process.
  • Collaboration with the signage team, to weed and apply vinyl.
  • Knowledge of Monday.com or other work-flow management platform


You will have: 

  • An understanding of basic Layout and typography.
  • Basic In-design knowledge and experience
  • Experience using Microsoft word, Excel, Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Knowledge of the print/production process.
  • Strong organization skills
  • Excellent administrative skills
  • Good communication and a team player
