Role Responsibility

The Services Team Leader will be instrumental in supporting the Stores Services vision. Whilst there is a particular focus on the team entrances the aspiration is for the candidate to provide support for the management team set across Services.

As a Services Team Leader you will:

•Have a passionate approach to service especially in ensuring there is a world class welcome for team members arriving to and from work

•Deliver a world class operation and collaborating with other support functions including L&D, facilities and security

•Supervising the team at team entrance as well as broadly across services

•Coaching and training team members and promoting their development and maximizing cross training opportunities

•Support the delivery of the people plan especially in recognizing excellent work and achievements

•Support with duty management across services in supervising team members, managing the operation and supporting the management team

How you’ll do it…you will be:

•Enthusiastic – positive and self motivated

•Ownership – take responsibility and deliver especially in terms of managing the operation within team entrance

•Service focused – clear passion for doing our very best for customers and team members (internal and external)

•People focused – Keen interest in the development and well being of our team

•Flexible –happy to support across different areas across services and motivated as part of your own development

•Initiative – constantly improving the service at team entrance and taking full ownership of the environment

•Confident – in making decisions and a point of contact for our teams

•Collaboration – working effectively with multiple stakeholders and trying to find solutions
