Role Responsibility

This role will be focused on ensuring the Washington programme is effectively managed with all project documentation, reporting and audit requirements met in a timely manner, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Own the project plan and ensure all workstreams are completing activities to schedule.
  • Manage the programme risk map and RAIDD log and keep updated and aligned with internal audit team.
  • Ensure the sharepoint site is efficiently organised and all documentation is up to date.
  • Undertake adhoc analysis as required.
  • Support the programme lead with meeting scheduling and note taking.
  • Support workstream leads with meeting management and activity co-ordination.
  • Liaise with stakeholders to align on content provision.
  • Key stakeholders include: Supply Chain operations team, Property, Procurement, IT, DHL Operations, B&M, HR, Finance.

The Ideal Candidate

Experience

  • A background within logistics, preferably retail or a fast paced commercial environment.
  • Experience of co-ordinating complex logistics change programmes.

 

Technical Skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills.
  • Detail Orientated, with strong organisational skills.
  • Excellent Microsoft powerpoint and project skills.

 

Personal Attributes/ Behavioural Skills

  • Able to solve problems efficiently.
  • The ability to build relationships across all business areas and externally.
  • Highly self-motivated.
