This is more than your average Sous Chef role. Working in our chic, modern Restaurant, you’ll support the Head Chef with the overall running of the brigade. Ensuring your team create and deliver a consistently high standard of dishes throughout the day, it’s a challenge that extends to everything from training and development to menu pricing and stock control.
The Ideal Candidate
Your considerable industry experience will include time in a high profile restaurant or catering facility. You will have a level-headed and flexible approach, your commercial mind-set should be every bit as clear as your knowledge of, and passion for food. A head full of bright ideas is important, as we’re constantly looking to improve the way we work. A team player, you must also be receptive to the ideas of others and back them with the same level of enthusiasm and commitment. From a practical standpoint, you must be PC literate, knowing your way around the full MS office suite. An excellent standard of spoken and written English is essential.
