Service Desk Analyst (Part-time)
We are currently looking to recruit an IT Service Desk Analyst within our service desk team based in Leicester. The successful candidate will be committed to providing excellent support for our staff throughout Selfridges stores and back offices.
The Service Desk Analyst is responsible for providing IT support services. You will be providing first line resolution of IT issues and queries as well as escalating problems to the relevant internal support teams and external partners. Desire to work in a fast paced environment is key.
The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for an enthusiastic team player with a passion for IT and Customer service. Experience of working within Retail or on an IT service desk and ITIL practice is an advantage. As you will be working in a fast paced environment the ability to adapt is key.
Cultural fit is also very important for us, along with personal fit. We are looking for innovative individuals who are not afraid to think outside the box.
