Role Responsibility
As Senior Fashion Production Coordinator, you will support and oversee daily BAU Photostudio resourcing, from call sheets to finding new talent whilst leading and mentoring Fashion Production Coordinators. You will need to be extremely confident in managing upwards, building collaborative relationships with key stakeholders (internal and external) and be experienced in multi-tasking and finding solutions. Outside of BAU, you will lead end-to-end Production on Site Fulfilment shoots which are briefed in to our workstream – stills and video.
This opportunity is for someone who has previously worked in an e-commerce fashion studio with superb knowledge of scheduling, planning, budgeting and thrives in a fast-paced reactive environment.
Reporting into the Fashion Production Manager, this role demands a team player who is eager to learn and can grasp new information and systems quickly. You will also showcase flexibility in your ways of working, demonstrates aspects of learning agility and can think outside of the box and bring new ideas to the team.
As a Senior Fashion Production Coordinator, you will:
- Lead, support, and mentor Fashion Production Coordinators
- Lead communication with all external temp resource (200+ contacts)
- Lead Production for cross departmental Site Fulfilment shoots, including budgets
- Update information and check entries for month-end in the Cost Tracker
- Pick up call sheets, PO’s and queries in Fashion Production Coordinator’s absence
- Regular moments to improve ways of working (Operations)
- Discover new freelance talent to add to the roster
- Working on ad hoc projects/tasks
- Cover Fashion Production Manager duties in absence
The Ideal Candidate
- Experience working in an e-commerce environment
- Creative portfolio with experience of video
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook
- Highly process and productivity-driven
- Strong communication & problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well as part of a wider team and under pressure in fast-paced environment
- Ability to organise, multi-task and prioritise workload - using time management skills
- Proven ability to work to tight deadlines
- Good numerical ability
- Organised and quick thinking
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Network of industry contacts/recommendations
- Passionate and understands the photographic and fashion industry
