Selfridges has a brilliant opportunity within the Customer Analytics Team, reporting to the Senior Customer Analytics Manager. As a Senior Customer Data Analyst, you will have the exciting and rare chance to work in a fast-paced environment, to help us take our business to the next level


As a Senior Customer Analyst, some of your main responsibilities will be:


  • Provide weekly and monthly reports on key customer KPIs understand the drivers of their performance – including the performance of VIP program
  • Analyse large data sets to provide business output that informs relevant and targeted customer engagement strategies
  • Analyse VIP member acquisition, engagement, retention, and lifetime value metrics across all channels to measure program effectiveness.
  • Utilize data visualization tools (Power BI/ Salesforce CRM) to create compelling reports and dashboards that highlight key trends and insights and deliver training 
  • Work closely with Customer Analytics Manager to create and maintain the analytics’ roadmap to support short- and long-term goals
  • Lead analytics projects, dealing comfortably with ambiguity.
  • Champion a culture of self service by ensuring your stakeholders are suitably skilled in how to use our analytics tools.



  •  Experience of SQL/Python, Power BI/Tableau – Already experience using  Power BI is a bonus
  • Time management skills: Ability to meet deadlines while dealing with multiple priorities.
  • Strong communication skills in English
