Job Introduction

We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Senior Creative Producer to lead the planning, production and delivery of creative photography and video assets across campaign, digital editorial and print briefs. 

Working within the Photostudio and in close collaboration with Creative Vision - Image & Art Direction, Creative and Campaign Project Managers, Brand Content as well as Buying and Marketing teams, this role plays a significant part to bring our creative vision to life. This is an end-to-end production role for someone who combines strong creative judgement with excellent organisational, production and commercial skills. 

You will own projects and ensure work is delivered on time, on budget and to an exceptional standard. You will use your production expertise and creative judgement during every stage of production, challenging where appropriate and balancing creative ambition with budget, timelines and available resources.

The successful candidate will have a strong track record of delivering both stills and motion productions, ideally within luxury fashion. You will be confident negotiating fees and usage, managing varied production budgets, briefing agents and artists, and post-production processes. You will be solution-focused, self-motivated and comfortable taking ownership of complex projects and working with stakeholders from the wider business.

This role is a 12 month contract, 5 days on-site.

As the Senior Creative Producer, you will:

  • Lead photography and video productions from initial brief through to final delivery.
  • Own and manage production budgets across assigned projects, clearly communicating any risks and ensuring projects remain within agreed budgets without compromising creative quality.
  • Develop and manage production schedules, call sheets, shoot plans and critical paths.
  • Negotiate fees and usage with agents. 
  • Option and book Photographers, Directors, DOPs, Stylists, Set Designers, Hair and Make-up Artists, locations/studios etc. 
  • Organise equipment, travel, accommodation, catering, prop hire, and other production requirements.
  • Oversee and track sample/stock management.
  • Raise, track and reconcile Purchase Orders, and submit production expenses. 
  • Take responsibility for the smooth running of shoots and act as a senior production point of contact on set.
  • Manage expectations across multiple stakeholders and keep projects on track.
  • Identify production risks early and proactively develop solutions.
  • Manage feedback and rounds of approvals efficiently, keeping projects moving towards the deadline.
  • Manage final asset delivery and ensure assets are correctly formatted, cropped and delivered for their intended use.
  • Maintain clear records of final assets, usage rights, team credits and product information.
  • Ensure APA guidelines are considered and managed throughout production.
  • Help establish and maintain efficient production processes and ways of working.
  • Build and maintain a strong network of trusted creative talent and relationships within the business. 

Experience & Skills

  • Proven experience producing both photography and video shoots at campaign level, from concept and pre-production through to shoot, post-production and final delivery. 
  • Strong understanding and knowledge of usage rights and APA guidelines. 
  • Experience managing varied budgets and negotiating with agencies, suppliers and freelancers depending on the scope of the shoot. 
  • Excellent project management, organisation and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects, priorities and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Strong creative judgement and an excellent eye for detail.
  • Confident working with senior stakeholders and creative leadership, with the ability to influence and challenge constructively.
  • Strong communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Commercially aware, with the ability to balance creative ambition, budget, timelines and resources.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to changing priorities.
  • Advanced Excel skills. 
  • Both agency and brand experience a plus.
  • Monday.com experience a plus.
  • Willingness to travel for shoots and work extended days where required, with time off in lieu provided.
