Role Responsibility
Selfridges are looking for a Senior CRM Manger to join the Marketing team to drive Selfridges’ multi-channel retention activity using email, mobile and CRM Platforms. This is a permanent opportunity, reporting into the CRM lead, for somebody who is a customer champion seeking to improve the customer journey across all touch points.
- You will be responsible for the delivery of the CRM strategy, overseeing campaign management and strategic planning.
- Manage the CRM team to effectively deliver targeted and personalised email and app campaigns, considering the entire customer journey with the aim to get to 1-1 personalisation
- Own wider business initiatives such as retention building activity, growing the customer database and trailing new CRM tools
- Work closely with the Selfridges’ analytical teams, to analyse Selfridges' customer database to draw insight into customer behaviour and make improvements throughout marketing campaigns
The Ideal Candidate
- Extensive experience working within CRM, preferable with fashion/retail experience
- Proven experience of driving CRM strategy and implementing effective targeted campaigns is essential.
- Line management and team management experience is crucial.
- Excellent analytic skills to transform data into results.
- Experience of using ESP’s and App Platforms and advanced skills in Excel, Powerpoint are necessary and web analytical tools eg. Google Analytics
