Role Responsibility

•To lead the design, implementation and delivery of all aspects of reward including pay governance and incentive frameworks in a customer-led, Omni-channel environment.

•To drive areas for improvement, and new initiatives to attract, retain and motivate team members in an Omni-channel environment.

•To liaise with key stakeholders and provide guidance, advice and expertise on a wide range of remuneration matters.

•To assist with developing reward policies and practices that support the overall HR strategy and employer brand aspirations.

•To ensure the market competitiveness by acquiring up to date knowledge of the marketplace.

•To keep informed of leading-edge reward policies and practices in our sector ensure we remain competitive to attract and retain the best talent.

•To maintain an understanding of best practice in reward by building networks across our sector.

The Ideal Candidate

•Ability to grasp both wider strategic issues as well as detailed business realities quickly.

•Ability to align reward activity with the overall business strategy.

•Practical experience of designing, communicating and managing fixed and variable pay schemes, incentive plans and benefits provision for roles at all levels,

•Ability to support relationships with outsourced HR Services partners.

•Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team.

•Personal powers of resilience to deal with an ever-changing environment with a strong delivery focus.

•Able to establish an immediate rapport with others and have persuasive influencing skills.

•Consulting skills including the ability to influence key stakeholders at all levels.

•Strong attention to detail.

• Strong analytical skills and knowledge of cost/benefit analysis in a customer focused environment.
