Reward Analyst (D,E,I)

Role Responsibility

Here at Selfridges we are on a journey to Re-invent Retail and as part of this, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion is at the forefront of everything we do.

We have a newly created Rewards Analyst who will be supporting our D,E&I initatives.

This newly created role will join the Reward team to support with the delivery of our D,E &I agenda and our broader people strategy.

As a Rewards Analyst- D,E&I, you will:

  • Evolve our D,E & I data analytics and dashboards
  • Develop and monitor pay governance frameworks to drive transparency, equity and fairness
  • Work with the HRIS and HRSS teams to ensure people data is robust and accurate and to optimise the D&I related reporting capabilities of our people systems (Workday)
  • Maintain strong relationships with all internal stakeholders and engage positively and proactively as needed
  • Propose and advocate process improvements to drive efficiency and customer experience

The Ideal Candidate

  • Highly developed analytical skills. ability to manipulate large amounts of data to identify and interpret trends and issues and draw meaningful insight from it.
  • Demonstrable track record of using D&I information, insights and knowledge in a structured way to identify options and make recommendations.
  • Advanced in your knowledge of Microsoft Excel including advance formulas and pivot tables.
  • Experienced at developing connections externally into D&I networks and communities.
  • Collaborative.
  • You have a demonstrable background of building strong relationships with Key Business Stakeholders at all levels of management, as well as the ability to work as part of a team in a constructive way.
  • In depth knowledge of data privacy regulations relating to HR data capture and maintenance.
  • A quick learner, able to understand and implement new concepts.
  • An enthusiastic team player who can work Independently to very strict deadlines.
  • Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to demonstrate authenticity, initiative and confidentiality on all matters.
