Role Responsibility

Customer experience is at the heart of Selfridges – and we want you to be a part of that journey. As a Brand Specialist, your role will be fundamental to delivering service excellence and retail standards in order to maximise sales, sharing your specialist knowledge of amazing exclusives and providing the team with weekly sales reports.

With a thirst for developing your expert knowledge, a drive for leading and motivating your colleagues and an enthusiastic attitude, you’ll be in a fulfilling role in fast paced environment that offers many opportunities for development.

You will report into the Department Manager and will work with a wide range of teams including, Buying, Merchandising, Retail Operations and Stock Control.

The Ideal Candidate

We’re looking for someone who loves to deliver an extraordinary memorable customer experience and understands our customers. As a forward thinker, you’ll be up to speed on trends, competitors and develop excellent product knowledge.

A strong degree of commercial awareness would be advantageous, as would the ability to demonstrate initiative and spontaneity in challenging situations, both customer facing and behind the scenes. Personal and positive, you’ll be able to resolve customer complaints and motivate your team. Passion, attention to detail, leadership skills and the ability to adapt are vital.
