Retail Beauty Department Manager

Job Introduction

We are looking for a Department Manager with a passion for service to join our team in Birmingham on the biggest Beauty hall outside of London.

Role Responsibility

At Selfridges, we strive to surprise amaze and amuse our customer and employees. As a department manager, you will be responsible for driving your figures, your team’s development, customer service and merchandising standards as well as building relationships with your concessions and buying teams in order to make your departments successful.

As an experienced retail manager, you will be a role model for your team. You will lead your teams and share knowledge on products across the store, not just on Beauty. You will report directly into the Sales Manager and manage a team of Brand Specialists and Sales Associates and encourage them to take responsibility of there department in order to achieve the best results.
