Role Responsibility

As the Production Coordinator, you will work cross-functionally within our Multimedia Creative team, supporting teams to fulfil their various responsibilities and deliverables. This will include, but is not limited to, assisting with the production of in-store graphics designed by the MMC Design Team, facilitating and maintaining the seamless running of the studio and digital workflow, as well as helping to artwork and finish in-store Ticketing and Point Of Sale graphics.

 

Role Scope/Key Responsibilities

Supporting our Multimedia Creative team, you will support across different departments, including:

Print Production (lithographic/digital print production + packaging production):

  • Quote, print and ensure delivery of scheme and calendar event collateral.

Traffic Management (print + digital):

  • Process briefs and maintain online workflow management systems Trello and Float.

Ticketing:

  • Artwork, print and finish of Ticketing / POS / Menus for London and the regional stores

Signage

  • Support the Signage & Branding manager in the production and delivery of signage and wayfinding in Selfridges Oxford Street as well as the regional stores.

 

 

Alongside this, you will also:

  • Raise purchase orders and maintain the departments purchase order tracker
  • Own the archiving and storage of the print work library, ensuring it is always up to date and work clearly labelled for easy reference and access.
  • Complete a studio stationery/studio order regularly to ensure all materials within the studio are replenished and in stock.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Experience in an in-house studio support function, artworking, print and production processes.

Technical Skills

  • Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Sheets
  • Knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite, Trello and Float is beneficial but not required
