Product Picker - Photostudio

Role Responsibility
As an online picker, you will work as part of the operational team responsible for the efficiency and smooth running of the photo studio in terms of all things stock. This dedicated team support by picking and returning stock from the London Oxford Street store, ensuring that all stock is accounted for and tracked, while helping to avoid stock loss across all locations.
- Ensure product workflow is running to agreed timescales and that product is returned from the studio and back in store as quickly as possible.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders including the trading team, stock control, stock audit, content and photo studio teams to ensure efficiency and productivity remains high.
- Understand how to utilise the stock handling database to enable tracking of samples, from receipt through to the return from shoot and back to suppliers, warehouse or shop floor.
- Ensure product stays in pristine condition when transferring between locations and is kept in a sellable condition on return to the shop floor or warehouse.
- Take direction and support in identifying potential issues that may affect workflow, suggesting suitable solutions to overcome these hurdles.
- Support by assisting with product for styling and creative photo shoots.
The Ideal Candidate
- Well organised. You will be able to prioritise your workload and work on multiple requests at one given time. You will also ensure all stock is accounted for and tracked in the appropriate way through the database.
- A great communicator. You will be working closely with various functions to ensure all remain informed with workflow and timescales, pre-empting and issues and suggesting solutions to fix these issues.
- Collaborative. You will work closely with multiple teams to ensure the safe guarding of stock, prevent loss and ensure product remains in a sellable condition while being processed through the photo studio.
- Adaptable. The ability to work both independently as well as collaborate across the wider team. In addition, working to priorities, competing deadlines and changing priorities
- Approachable. You will be happy to offer your help and support to the wider team.
- A solutions focused individual with the ability to review ways of working and suggest improvements.
