As our Payments & Fraud Product Manager you will:

- Be the face of Selfridges to our external stakeholders, maintaining close working relationships with our day to day partners - Barclays, Worldpay, American Express
- Become the go-to across our Selfridges business for Payments & Fraud prevention product development
- Set & own the Payments and Fraud OKR’s, clearly articulating how the prioritised backlog will drive our metrics in the right direction
- Regularly review, provide insight and identify optimisation opportunities
- Work with the tech and data engineering teams to manage and maintain the backlog and ensure the prioritisation of the most valuable initiatives

- Have proven ability to engage with engineers, designers, and business stakeholders in a constructive and collaborative manner
- Have a deep understanding of techniques and methods of modern product discovery and product techniques
