Paid Media Manager

Role Responsibility
We are looking for an organised, analytical and data-driven Paid Media Superstar to lead our upper and mid funnel customer acquisition efforts. Working with the Customer Marketing team, you will be responsible for development and activation of all paid media activity through social and display channels in order to grow our brand awareness and drive new customer acquisition at an efficient CPA.
As Paid Media Manager you will:
- Manage the End-to-end creation, implementation and measurement of advertising campaigns with a particular focus on social and digital display channels – including briefing creative, reviewing media plans and reporting on performance
- Support and work with the full advertising team in cross channel campaigns, including seasonal events (Christmas, Easter etc) & always on activations
- Lead on key campaigns and partnerships either in isolation or with the marketing team, as appropriate
- Develop a close relationship with external media agencies & social platforms (Facebook, Google & Tik Tok), keeping up to date with the latest media trends and suggesting new and innovative ways to optimise our activity
- Ensure that all campaigns are properly setup & QAd before activation, results properly tracked & optimisations implemented throughout the campaign
- Be responsible for accurate budget setting and tracking, and ensure cost estimates & cost per acquisitions are competitive and up to date
- Develop and manage the paid media strategy in collaboration with the Marketing Team
- Work closely with our Creative teams to ensure delivery of high-performing visual assets for ads.
-Manage and ensure deliverables of external agency partners
-Develop and implement a testing strategy to help optimise campaigns
-Work with the CRM team to utilise audience data by implementing inclusion, lookalike/similar, retargeting, and exclusion lists for paid media efficiency at scale
-Analyse and interpret data from numerous sources (Google Analytics, social platforms, in-house tools) to make business recommendations
- Report on business KPIs and conduct ad-hoc data analysis and reporting for the Marketing and Content teams
- Support the wider Performance Marketing team as necessary
The Ideal Candidate
- Proficient and experienced in Paid Media Management and Digital Marketing, ideally within a large-scale organisation, with an emphasis on customer led acquisition based performance marketing
- Experience in using the following (but not limited to): Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, App Promotion and YouTube, Bing Ads, Apple Ads, TikTok, Twitter, Google Analytics, DataStudio
- High level of proficiency in analysing and interpreting data in order to make business recommendations (including Google Analytics and in-house platforms)
- Knowledgeable of brand landscape for premium customer segments
- Strong in execution and delivery orientation - able to plan, manage and adapt multiple projects at the same time.
- Collaborative, open and transparent – able to navigate the organisation and to be comfortable with ambiguity.
- Incredibly detail-oriented and hands-on in the accounts to ensure best practices are being followed Capable of working within a pressurized environment to tight deadlines
