Role Responsibility
Engagement in omnichannel communication between shopfloor teams, customer service and DC, this team member is responsible for daily reporting across a number of department functions.
The Team member will be able to identify and highlight to line manager, any trends in issues with customer orders allowing correct processes to be implemented to rectify. This requires team member to have close attention to detail and a keen eye for continuous improvement across functions within instore fulfilment.
As an ambassador for the department, high levels of professionalism will be vital in ensuring excellent customer service is delivered to both internal and external customers. High levels of proficiency in Microsoft are essential for team member success in role. Team member will need to be able to manage their own workload on a daily basis and be able to prioritise effectively in light of department needs.
As Online Fulfilment Associate you will:
Monitoring and updating our customer service platform, liaising directly with customer service teams
Updating online orders statuses
Pulling reports and circulating to wider business
General ad-hoc admin tasks
Any experience on backend warehouse management systems and customer service platforms desired
The Ideal Candidate
Team player
Ability to build strong relationships with required stakeholders
Work cohesively and as one with other Online Fulfilment Associates while on duty and build key relationships through effective communication on all levels.
Attention to detail, particularly around reporting
A proactive and reactive problem solver as well as process driven
Ability to read insight
Good Excel knowledge a must have
