Night Security Supervisor
Role Responsibility
As part of a team of rotating supervisors, you’ll manage a busy & challenging night operation dealing with all types of incidents & prevent & detect internal & external loss. The role is focused on delivering a world class night security operation and service whilst managing incidents and ensuring the safety and security of the building & those within.
The Ideal Candidate
You’ll be considered a strong character, expert & skilled in a current similar busy role/ environment with excellent people skills & knowledge of the law and current legislation. Calm under pressure, calm & confident when dealing with incidents and the ability to detect theft/loss. Excellent attention to detail and strong service, written, listening and spoken communication skills are essential. Must have the ability to work with & manage a large, close knit team.

- Attention to detail & ability to produce accurate reports
