Marketing Project Coordinator
Role Responsibility
The Marketing Project Coordinator will be working to support the execution of activations and campaigns booked by our brand partners. The role is integral to the actualisation of brand partnerships with an operational focus.
•Day to day contact for digital asset management and content briefs, ensuring adherence to deadlines and content fit for purpose
•Facilitation and management of all legal documentation including supplier contracting and compliance.
•Management of media-site booking system – overseeing calendar planning and production processes, including supplying artwork specifications and achieving creative approvals
•Internal stakeholder relationship management – in particular the Selfridges legal, windows and marketing teams.
•Key point of contact between brands and Selfridges legal teams acting as a central point of knowledge within the marketing team for brand investment contract based queries.
The Ideal Candidate
•Excel proficiency.
•PowerPoint proficiency – in order to support the team with key documents and presentations in brand conversations.
•Works well in a team and enjoys supporting a team goal.
•Relevant degree and experience working within the marketing/retail/advertising environment, legal experience also helpful (but not essential).
•Confident and self-motivated – able to take responsibility of process to support the realisation of brand partner activations.
•Interest in the Selfridges brand and values.
