Loss Prevention Specialist

Job Introduction

Accountable and responsible for delivering the tactical and operational plan within the stores connecting to teams to ensure we're protecting our product, our people and our premises

Ensuring compliance with all relevant process and procedures and inspiring our teams to protect our product. 

Supporting our stockloss, stock accuracy and stock availability goals through ensuring our teams are delivering the strategy, process and procedures required from them.

As a Loss Prevention Analyst you will:

  • Support our teams in delivering our KPI's in relation to stockloss, stock accuracy and stock availability
  • Analysis trends in stockloss, compliance results, known losses and incidents to ensure that our plans adequately mitigate these risks
  • Support the key actions to focus actions on our highest loss departments.
  • Support the delivery of a loss prevention culture across our stores through the protect our product campaign.
  • Support the Loss Prevention and Security Managers to optimise Security resources to prevent loss and crime in all our stores.
  • Problem solve in a balanced and proportionate way, finding solutions to the most challenging situations
  • Work collaboratively with all key stakeholders to protect our product, people and premises.
  • Take a calm and measured approach in challenging situations and support the function in its crisis responses.

  • A good level of experience around loss prevention process and specialist knowledge with a desire to continue your learning in this field
