Loss Prevention Manager

Role Responsibility

Operational and tactical - taking the strategic plan (for all stores) and turning this into a tactical and operational objective to create a collaborative culture across all four stores to drive loss prevention. Ensuring we deliver our goals in relation to stockloss KPI's, stock accuracy and availability

You will support the Head of Loss Prevention in delivering the Loss Prevention and Security strategic plan in relation to the physical security teams across all of our stores.

Collaborative mindset, carefully listening to diverse thoughts, to gain the perspective of others and act in a way that incorporates a variety of views. Building close relationships with all key stakeholders in all our stores.

Leading with purpose and managing a remote multi-site team in the delivery of the Loss Prevention strategy for their locations

You will: 

ØAct as Store Duty Security Manager when required. Responding to incidents effectively, including evacuation, invacuation and other emergency security and safety procedures, utilising all resources available and engaging with senior store leadership and our executive team if necessary

ØBuild effective relationships with all relevant external parties: Police, National Crime Agency, Crime Prevention agencies and collaborate with other organisations in identifying and sharing good practice.

ØBe seen as a senior leader within Loss Prevention and Security team and more widely across the Retail Operations team and collaborate with our teams across all stores to deliver a world class loss prevention function

ØSupport the creation, delivery and embedding of a loss prevention strategy, to support the delivery of our goals in relation to stockloss, stock accuracy and availability. To include but not exclusively, product protection, tagging principles, team training, loss analysis, compliance and risk analysis. 

ØYou will be key in supporting the delivery and embedding of our protect our product campaign.

 

 

 

The Ideal Candidate

•A leader, who is naturally committed, enthusiastic and motivational, with the ability to inspire teams and lead with purpose with a passion to succeed

•Experienced. You have a background in Loss Prevention with a proven track record of developing and embedding effective loss prevention strategies and processes in a retail environment 

•A good level of experience around loss prevention process and specialist knowledge. 

•Dynamic and a great communicator. Able to manage multiple stakeholders, and engage people at every level of our business, influencing change where necessary

•Naturally pragmatic and solutions orientated. You are calm under pressure and can give clear guidance in times of crisis.

•Commercially astute, driving innovation and new ways of working to ensure the strategic and tactical goals are met in the most commercially efficient way

•Analytical and curious 

•Believes in delivering retail excellence

•An empathetic leader who thinks about their team, their business and their environment

•Carefully listens to diverse thoughts, to gain the perspective of others and act in a way that incorporates a variety of views

•Available to support the teams to manage incidents and crisis events including outside of normal store trading hours
