Role Responsibility

Selfridges are looking for an infrastructure support analyst to join a specialist team managing the existing network, server estate and cloud technologies. You will also be responsible for implementing new technical solutions and resolving a variety of incidents escalated from the support teams. You will be a self-starter with experience of operating with a high level of autonomy.

The infrastructure team is responsible for delivering and maintaining the core IT systems and network to the entire business. The role is based in London head office and operates hybrid working on a 2 +3 schedule: 2 days in the office and 3 remote working days.

The role is 09:00 to 17:30 Monday to Friday however will involve working out of hours, weekends and bank holidays when necessary. You are required to be on an on-call rota for 1 week in 6 to cover out of hours major incidents. Travel to the other sites is necessary when required by projects or team days.

You should be a strong all-rounder with experience in a selection of the following:

  • Previously worked in a 2nd/3rd line support role
  • Office 365 & Azure.
  • Windows Server 2008-2022 administration
  • Windows client OS
  • VMWare & MS SCCM administration would be advantageous
