Role Responsibility

Selfridges are looking for an infrastructure support analyst to join a specialist team managing the existing network, server estate and cloud technologies. You will also be responsible for implementing new technical solutions and resolving a variety of incidents escalated from the support teams. 

The infrastructure team is responsible for delivering and maintaining the core IT systems and network to the entire business. The role is based in London head office and operates hybrid working on a 2 +3 schedule: 2 days in the office and 3 remote working days.

The role is 09:00 to 17:30 Monday to Friday however will involve working out of hours, weekends and bank holidays when necessary. You are required to be on an on-call rota for 1 week in 6 to cover out of hours major incidents. Travel to the other sites is necessary where technical projects require infrastructure expertise.

You should be a strong all-rounder with experience in a selection of the following:

  • VMware vSphere
  • Azure / AWS
  • Windows Server administration including associated roles such as AD, GP, DNS, DHCP
  • Monitoring and DCIM solutions such as Zabbix and Netbox.
  • Networking Skills including TCP/IP, switches, patching, VPN’s etc.
  • Firewall technology’s such as Dell SonicWall/Palo Alto/FortiGate
  • MS SCCM administration (Application packaging, OS deployment, patch automation).
  • MS 365
  • Windows client OS
  • Storage solutions
  • Mobile technology MDM Management
  • ITIL v3 and experience of working in an ITIL environment
