Selfridges is hosting an "In Conversation With" the Selfridges Clienteling & Personal Shopping Teams
This is a networking event for candidates across the Birmingham and Manchester areas who have a passion in providing excellent customer service and building long lasting relationships with clients & customers.
You do not need to have experience within Retail but you must be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills and be able to build a rapport with people quickly to create extraordinary experiences for customers.
The event is planned to take place in Exchange Square Selfridges on Tuesday 25th July 2023. There will be 3, 1.5 hour sessions on the day to attend – 11am and 2pm
During the event you will:
- Receive a warm welcome from Head of Recruitment Sharlene John
- Hear all about the Selfridges Personal Shopping & Clienteling team from Maryam Djavadi - Director of Private Shopping, Clienteling and Service Excellence
- Have Fireside talks with: Tom Burke – Head of Personal Shopping & Clienteling for Manchester & Birmingham;
- And have the opportunity to network with the Selfridges Personal Shopping team
Refreshments will be available so please arrive early and the opportunity to network with other retailers.
