Our new destination is seeking a confident and inspiring Floor Manager to help shape the daily rhythm of our dining spaces and lead a team committed to exceptional service.

This is a highly visible role suited to a hospitality professional who leads from the floor, sets the tone for service, and understands how to balance precision with warmth.

You will oversee service, support and develop the front-of-house team, and ensure every member interaction reflects the style and discretion of the club.

We are looking for someone who:

• Leads with calm authority and professionalism
• Reads the room instinctively and anticipates guest needs
• Builds strong, respectful teams
• Maintains exceptional standards without creating formality
• Brings strong operational confidence within premium environments
• Experience within quality restaurants, hotels or members’ clubs is strongly preferred.
