Role Responsibility

The primary purpose of the role will be to work on ongoing systems improvements and developments, working with key stakeholders within the business, and developing the Finance Systems landscape.  The successful candidate will have strong Oracle R12.2 ERP experience, excellent finance knowledge (preferable CIMA or ACCA qualified), and a problem-solving mindset.  This role will work closely with various levels of management and with new technologies.​

 This will be a hybrid role, with 1 or 2 days presence required at either the London or Leicester office each week.​​

As a Finance Systems Analyst, You will:​

  • Maintain the administration of the Finance system applications, specifically Oracle R12.2​

  • Work with the Finance department to improve processes – A key aspect of this role will be the support of the Fixed Asset module and work with key business stakeholders to achieve successful solution deliverables​

  • Identify, test and implement changes and improvements of the business processes​

  • Deliver finance system enhancements including testing, implementation, training and post system go live support.  Create user guides as appropriate to support training and use of system​

  • Optimize the application functionalities​

  • Ensure that technical information is properly translated to ensure non-technical audiences understand the subject matter.  An ability to understand and explain complex issues to others, accurately relaying resolutions​

  • Be a strong written and verbal communicator and be confident presenting to Stakeholders​

  • Perform ad hoc data analysis and reporting task​

•Effective at working in team-driven environment

•A true problem solver. Keen to tackle issues head on and take responsibility for their timely resolution.

•Broad experience and knowledge of accounting systems including systems development

•Fully Qualified CIMA/ACCA or part qualified with relevant experience
