Job Introduction

As Fashion Producer, in a campuscentric role, you will support and oversee daily BAU Photostudio resourcing, from call sheets to finding new talent. You will need to be extremely confident in building collaborative relationships with key stakeholders (internal and external) and be experienced in multi-tasking. Outside of e-commerce BAU, you will lead end-to-end Production on Site Fulfilment shoots which are briefed into our work stream – In-house Stills and Reasons to Visit shoots. 

This opportunity is for someone who has previously worked in an e-commerce fashion studio with superb knowledge of scheduling, planning, budgeting and thrives in a fast-paced reactive environment. 

Reporting into the Fashion Production Manager, this role demands a team player who is eager to learn and can grasp new information and systems quickly. You will also showcase flexibility in your ways of working, demonstrates aspects of learning agility and can think outside of the box and bring new ideas to the team. 

As a Fashion Producer, you will oversee: 

  • Produce Reason to Visit shoots from end to end including reports.
  • Fashion workflow efficiency, maximising productivity and system sweeps
  • End to end delivery of Ready to wear & Still - life priorities and launches - dropping in key dates in calendar reminder through critical paths & go-live
  • Oversee capacity filers off peak 
  • Submitting and chase Photostudio consumables/equipment orders
  • Support Photography Manager with repairs - arranging PO's and couriers. 
  • Weekly and month-end reporting & Cost tracker Management
  • Regular moments to improve ways of working (Studio)
  • Capturing Weekly Detail Report 
  • Lead Call Sheet meeting, ensuring enough options are available when required.

You will have:  

  • Experience working in an e-commerce environment
  • Experience in a Fashion studio and video beneficial
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook. Creative Force would be a benefit
  • Highly process and productivity-driven
  • Strong communication & problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work well as part of a wider team and under pressure in fast-paced environment
  • Ability to organise, multi-task and prioritise workload - using time management skills
