Duty Manager , Security
Role Responsibility
As part of a 24hr team of Duty Managers in Security, you’ll be responsible for the whole store and campus on your shift and manage busy & challenging situations. Dealing with all types of incidents and operations with confidence and building relationships is key. The role is focused on delivering a world class security operation and service whilst managing incidents and ensuring the safety and security of the building & those within.
The Ideal Candidate
You’ll be considered a strong character, expert & skilled in a current similar busy role/environment with excellent people skills & knowledge of the law and current legislation. Calm under pressure, confident when dealing with incidents and the ability to communicate to a wide range of stake holders. Excellent attention to detail and strong service, written, listening and spoken communication skills are essential. Must have the ability to work with & manage a large, close knit team.

- Managing a large team with excellent people skills & resilience
- Good knowledge of the law & current legislation
- Have exceptional organisational skills with a practical approach to all situations
- Attention to detail & ability to produce accurate reports
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely to a wide range of stake holders
- Be exceptionally flexible and able to multi-task
