Role Responsibility

As a part of our successful and expanding Digital Personal Shopping team, we are looking for a Regional Support Assistant who can work with Personal Shopping Consultants from all our UK stores to drive service and product access to all our Personal Shopping Client and VIP clients. As an expert on all things Selfridges you will utilise all our tools, sales channels and inventory to deliver the best product to clients wherever they or their Shopper are located.

 

  • Collaborate with Personal Shoppers and Assistants both in Oxford Street & regional stores to effectively support operations, acting as a helpdesk to any queries with a key focus on store-to-store stock transfers, and remote sales
  • Working cross-functionally to open up opportunities for regional stores to offer alternative brands and products, providing inspiration to the wider network of shoppers to offer to their clients
  • Work with Operations Managers and Merchandising on creating the operational framework to strengthen stock managements, raising POs’ and managing the transfer process for Personal Shopping between stores
  • Build and maintain good relationship with stakeholders and concessions to ensure operational efficiency
  • Prepare and create reports and feedback for the business on the performance of PS Client transfers, remote selling successes and overall incremental sales increase for the business

 

The Ideal Candidate

  • A strong interest and experience in multi brand luxury sales, with a passion for learning about everything Selfridges has to offer our top tier clients
  • Great analytical skills, able to visualise and organise data
  • Collaborative, working with key stakeholders to simplify ways of working
  • A great communicator. You have good communication skills and can build professional and lasting relationships
  • Customer-focused, putting your customers at the heart of everything you do
  • Pragmatic and solutions orientated, breaking down complex problems and providing innovative solutions
  • Flexible – able to adapt your style to suit different situations
