Role Responsibility

As a Digital Lifecyle Manager, you will oversee the timely launch of products onto site, ensuring product data, imagery and workflow processes are optimised in order to improve speed to site and minimise In Stock Not On Site.

As Digital Lifecycle Manager you will:

 Work closely with Buying, Digital, Photostudio, Supply Chain and IT teams to ensure the Product Lifecycle team is aligned with trade strategy and commercial opportunities

Use a collaborative approach to plan for launch dates, creative schemes and key trading periods. Effectively managing stakeholders in terms of priorities and workload expectations

Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners and concession brands, with an aim to implement best practices for sharing product data that is detailed and accurate

Highlight risks as well as opportunities with concession data, and act as an escalation point for any key issues along with the Buying team

Work closely with concession partners on intake volumes, the look of product ranges on site and future strategic plans, as well as monitoring metrics such as such as item creation volumes

Coordinate and motivate the Product Lifecycle team, monitor and develop team’s performance, identifying improvement opportunities and implementing action plans

Identify new metrics and KPIs to influence team competencies as well as brand & supplier performance

Regularly review and identify opportunities to improve time to site, either via technical changes or streamlining processes, in order to continually build efficiencies into the product workflow where possible

Act as an escalation point for IT issues, prioritising tickets where necessary and ensuring impact to the workflow process is mitigated

Manage daily Photostudio priorities based on trade strategy and commerciality

Support Buying with successful concession on-boarding

How you’ll do it…you will be:

Commercially astute. As well as methodical, you're able to easily report and highlight trends within data

Knowledgeable. You have a strong understanding of the E2E business model and the possible impacts of the partner side

A natural leader. Coaching team members to drive performance & enable change as well as supporting development

A great communicator. You have excellent influencing and negotiating skills, whilst building professional, lasting relationships at all levels

Organised and proactive. You have excellent planning, organisational and time-management skills.

Naturally pragmatic and solutions orientated. You are able to multi-task while managing a broad set of requirements on a strict deadline, as well as confident and comfortable in making quick decisions

Collaborative. You will be comfortable leading and managing cross-functional workstreams
