Role Responsibility

You will  bring extensive experience of digital learning to build on and broaden the learning offer to meet evolving business needs. You’ll share your knowledge and work collaboratively in creating innovative, diverse and high quality digital solutions for a range of internal customers.  You will  maximise My Workday Learning and influence digital learning decisions to meet future ambitions and plans.  To deliver this you will be working collaboratively across the team and stakeholders while promoting company values and our employer promise.

As Digital Learning Specialist you will:

• Develop an approach and range of learning content which drives an innovative ‘digitally led’ learning offer across the business
• Share extensive external experience of designing and delivering digital content in a variety of ways to further build internal capability across the team
• Maximise use of My Workday Learning platform through a robust campaign led approach to the learning offer
• Create structure and guidelines, build content and curate resources which collaboratively enables a repositioned blended learning offer
• Support whole Talent & Learning team in developing and stretching digital skills as required
• Work collaboratively with relevant stakeholders to bring useful digital solutions which support the team and business outcomes

The Ideal Candidate

Experienced in design and delivery of digital learning solutions

• Experienced in understanding and utilising a broad range of digital content and tools including blogs, article, infographics, videos, eLearning design options and more
• Experienced in digital platform functionality, capability and approach such as Workday (My Workday )
• Skilled at prioritising, planning and delivering projects , end to end
• Demonstrating a customer first, commercial mindset
• Collaborative, creative and a good communicator across the team and with stakeholders
• Confident and open in sharing knowledge , experience and high standards with others
• Driven and resilient 
• A curious problem solver 
• Self aware  - knowing own areas of strength and development
• Focused on building external and professional insight to support the business needs
