You will make your department a shining example to the rest of the business with an open, flexible and hands-on management-style, proving that figures – although important – are only one part of a thriving, successful department.
More than just sales, profits and costs, you will be responsible for team performance, customer service, stock and displays – taking pride in all achievements. You will put our values at the forefront, delivering unbeatable high standards that inspire your team and create extraordinary experiences for our customers.
You will lead amazing teams across the store working with the most exciting and unique products. In this role, you will report directly into the Sales Manager and manage a team of Brand Specialists, Sales Associates and Sales Consultants.
The Ideal Candidate
As an experienced retail manager, you can lead a team in a fast-moving, high sales/volume business, acting as a role model to all team members. You’re not afraid to join your people on the shop floor and you’re passionate about customer service. In fact, you insist on high standards all-round and combine this with pin-sharp commercial acumen.
Some weekend working is essential, but as an experienced professional, you’ll understand the need to be flexible in order for the department (and ultimately the business) to succeed.
