Customer Data Analyst
Role Responsibility
We are looking for a Customer Data Analyst to join our Customer & Enterprise Data Product team! You will be part of an agile team tasked with delivering a best-in-class Customer Data Platform, reporting to the Head of Product
As Customer Data Analyst, you will be responsible for the health and quality of our customer data, working closely with the Product and Technology teams. You will be the voice of our customer data and work collaboratively with business & tech teams to make sure that changes to customer data are actively considered with new development
You will primarily be working on Salesforce as well as our new Enterprise Data platform as we embark on a journey of unlocking more value from our data
As the Customer Data Steward you will:

Help manage and raise our data quality by
-
Defining and agreeing data quality standards

Implementation of cleansing rules and enhancement of current deduplication processes

Ownership of data validation tools & processes

Set up data monitoring processes, reporting and KPIs to maintain the accuracy and reliability of customer data

Complete regular system audits and prepare for upgrades

Work closely with the Salesforce and Enterprise Data Platform product & technology squads
The Ideal Candidate
-
Passionate about the value of data and unlocking that value across an organisation

Experience with data quality and managing customer data with a focus on identifying data issues and finding solutions

Ability to explain complex concepts
-
Experience with data within a retail or marketing environment preferred

SQL experience preferred

Data visualisation experience preferred
-
Experience working with Salesforce and customer data is a plus
