Role Responsibility

Selfridges has a brilliant opportunity within the Customer Analytics Team, reporting to the Senior Customer Analytics Manager. As a Customer Data Analyst, you will have the exciting chance to work in a fast-paced environment, to help us take our business to the next level.

 

As a Customer Data Analyst – Customer Engagement, you will:

  • You can expect to work daily with SQL, as well as work on visualisation of data and extracting insights.
  • Work with fellow analysts to create accessible, relevant, and actionable reports and dashboards, using multiple sources of data.
  • Support VIP Comms and Membership Manager and Clienteling Manager, by sharing campaign results and deliver actionable insights and recommendations from this, so that we always continue to evolve and improve the work we do
  • Provide weekly and monthly reports on key customer KPIs understand the drivers of their performance
  • Use robust statistical and data methods to build analyses
  • Champion a culture of self service by ensuring your stakeholders are suitably skilled in how to use our analytics tools.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Experience in the Customer/CRM analytics domain with a demonstrable track record in influencing business decisions using data.
  • A good working knowledge of SQL
  • Experience using industry-standard data-visualisation tools (Tableau preferred)
  • Experience working in a big-data environment
  • A highly numerate and analytical mindset focused on the customer and the commercial benefits of making change.
  • Experience preparing and giving presentations to your stakeholders.
