Job Introduction

Can you provide and maintain the company’s reputation in offering a secure and discreet Safe Deposit facility for our clients and their possessions and provide excellent customer service at all times?

Role Responsibility

The role will focus on the maintenance of customer accounts, you will be responsible for the accurate creation of new agreements, invoices and payments. You will also resolve basic complaints and enquiries effectively and accurately with clear and precise communication with customers whether verbal, in writing, telephone or email.

The Ideal Candidate

You will have experience of working in a team and have worked within an administration, banking or security role. Working with customers and resolving complaints will come as second nature to you, and you will strive to provide excellent customer service in everything that you do

  • Customer service experience
  • Organised with experience in compliance and quality control
