Custodian - Part Time
Job Introduction
To provide extraordinary customer service to all Safe Deposit customers and visitors by living the Selfridges values and ensuring all customers receive the appropriate welcome and information in a secure and discreet environment.
Role Responsibility
As a Custodian you will be responsible for handling safe deposit box visits, opening new Safe Deposit Box contracts and maintaining existing contracts. You will also be responsible for managing customer payments including invoices, cash/cheque/card payments, safe deposit box contract queries and exceeding service goals by minimising customer wait times and accurately and efficiently serving our customers.
The Ideal Candidate
It’s important that you enjoy teamwork, know how to build strong working relationships and you have good attention to detail. If you have excellent administration skills, are organised, have basic IT skills and good communication skills, you’ll have everything we’re looking for.
Please note this is a part time position, you will be required to work 3 days a week, Monday to Saturday
