Key responsibilities

• Provide a warm, attentive, and professional service to all guests

• Take orders accurately and serve food and drinks efficiently

• Prepare and serve drinks to a high standard (bartenders)

• Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming environment

• Work closely with the team to ensure smooth daily service

• Support with stock, set-up, and closing duties as required
