As a Store Host, you will:
- Be a welcoming and visible presence for customers throughout the store.
- Support customer flow and help manage busy areas during peak trading periods.
- Assist customers with wayfinding and direct them to relevant services, departments and facilities.
- Help maintain a safe, organised and welcoming environment for customers and colleagues.
- Provide support with queue management and customer guidance during busy periods.
- Respond to customer queries in a friendly and professional manner, escalating where appropriate.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues across the store to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Support seasonal activities and help bring the festive spirit to life throughout the store.
