Christmas Stock Controller
The high-quality products at Selfridges are always in demand. So keeping our store well-stocked with the latest ranges is a big job. Youll make sure its one that goes smoothly when you help carry out day-to-day deliveries, stock movements, and stock audits.
Joining a team of stock controllers, youll receive and check stock and make sure it goes to the right place. You will also complete regular stock audits, ensuring we reach set KPI's and know where our stock is at any time. Itll be down to you to keep paperwork up-to-date, using your initiative to sort out any problems and working effectively with both your colleagues and our suppliers. Therell be a lot of moving stock around the department. So well expect you to follow safety and security practices at all times.
The Ideal Candidate
If youve already worked within a stock control area, then great. But its more important that you enjoy teamwork, know how to build good working relationships and can express yourself clearly so that stock is moved and replenished without a hitch. If you have excellent time management skills, are organised, have basic IT skills and a flair for detail, and youll have everything were looking for.
