Role Responsibility

As a Change Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting the change management lifecycle across one of the projects within Selfridges’ strategic transformation programme. This can include; tracking business readiness, producing communications collateral, hosting engagement sessions, and ensuring change is fully embedded within the relevant business areas. You will report to a Change Lead and work closely with key project stakeholders.

This opportunity is a Fixed Term contract and the role can be based in either London, Manchester and/or Birmingham

As a Change Analyst you will:

- Produce and input into relevant change and training deliverables within the project lifecycle.

This may include:

−Change Impact Assessments

−Stakeholder Maps

−Communication and Engagement Plans and Collateral

−Change Plans

−Business Readiness Approach and Tracking

−Training Plans, Training Needs Analyses, Training Materials

−Adoption Tracking and Business Transition Plans

- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and act as a trusted change advisor within the project or wider portfolio area

- Work with Internal Communications to build engagement plans, including utilising internal communications channels and setting up/chairing forums as appropriate to engage with business stakeholders

- Partner with business stakeholders, including Business Leads, to ensure buy-in to the change approach

- Work closely with IT/project management counterparts to ensure change is appropriately represented throughout all project documentation, such as project plans. Escalate change-related risks and issues to Change Lead as appropriate

The Ideal Candidate

- Collaborative, with a proven ability to build effective relationships and influence stakeholders

- Knowledgeable, with hands-on experience of delivering change

- A great communicator. You have excellent influencing skills, building professional, lasting relationships at all levels​, across all areas

- Customer-focused, putting your customers at the heart of everything you do

- Naturally pragmatic and solutions orientated. You are calm under pressure and can break down complex problems and provide innovative solutions

- Flexible. Able to adapt your style to suit different situations and comfortable working with ambiguity

- Experienced. You have previously worked in a project environment
