Role Responsibility

            - Responsible for the execution of the end to end email and app push campaigns for Selfridges CRM omnichannel strategy

 

            - Liaise with trade, marketing, events and stores teams to highlight opportunities and brand support and ensure relevancy and time optimisation of the communication plan

 

            - Assist the CRM manager in maintaining the email and app push campaign calendar, based on trade priorities and customer moments, with a focus on the omnichannel customer experience

 

            - Work closely with the analyst team to ensure data extensions are pulled on time and relevant for the campaigns in the plan

 

            - Assist CRM Developers with briefs and timelines, making sure deadlines are met and communications are delivered on time and correctly

 

            - Liaise with the creative team to ensure communications are on brand and highlight areas of improvements to email templates and creative assets

 

            - Create and maintain a test plan with the aim to constantly improve communication effectiveness based on a test and learn approach

 

            - Regular reporting on email and app performance for CRM and omnichannel customer engagement KPIs

 

            - Assist the CRM team in optimising the communication strategy by exploring and testing new campaigns and channels, as well as by improving customer loyalty and LTV

The Ideal Candidate

  • Have experience within a CRM role
  • Knowledge of email and app marketing strategies and KPIs
  • Be flexible, highly organised and able to manage time effectively whilst prioritising and completing deadlines.
  •  Have great attention to detail, proof-reading and ability to manage multiple tasks to a high level of quality.
  • Have strong communication skills and ability to present complex data and reporting clearly to stakeholders across the business
  •  Have good knowledge of Excel, Powerpoint and basic understanding of web analytics tools e.g. Google Analytics
