Role Responsibility

As Brand Marketing Coordinator, you will support on the planning and execution of the Selfridges brand marketing activity through a customer lens, amplifying our core brand messaging and delivering against the wider business objectives. ​

As Brand Marketing Coordinator, you will:​

  • Support on key brand and store marketing campaigns, driving customer acquisition, frequency of visit and purchase during key calendar moments​

  • Support with paid media campaign executions, including agency briefing, creative asset briefing, ad previewing and more ​

  • Coordinate campaign summaries, reporting on key campaign KPIs​

  • Generate monthly paid media reports to circulate to the business​

  • Develop marketing support plans for the London store, including Cinema, restaurants, experiences & services, working closely with the CRM, organic social, events and PR teams​

  • Support on the sustainability marketing strategy across all Marketing channels ​

  • Monitor competitor activity across the media landscape, and keep the wider team informed of any key developments in the marketing and media landscape ​

  • Admin support relating to campaigns and marketing activations 

The Ideal Candidate

  • Have experience in brand and digital marketing, understanding the role Brand Marketing plays in the full Marketing landscape, with experience ideally gained at a multi-channel business in the luxury retail sector​

  • Have experience working across paid media channels, including paid social and display ​

  • Have experience working with external agencies ​

  • Have the ability to work under pressure to ensure tight deadlines are met​

  • Have the ability to build and maintain key relationships cross-functionally​

  • Be commercially aware and customer focused; and be flexible, proactive, and open to change​

  • Possess excellent communication skills and be comfortable working closely with multiple stakeholders and influence decisions at all levels​

  • Highly organised with an ability to multi-task, prioritise and work to tight deadlines
