Support the Beauty Marketing Team with delivering the Beauty Strategy, with particular focus upon project management of the beauty real estate promotional calendar and support in delivering annual Beauty Real estate and Brand Contribution targets

Role Responsibility

Based in our Wigmore Street offices you’ll provide a unique and tailored service in Marketing team to customers internally and externally, going beyond the ordinary to create moments that cannot be experienced elsewhere. AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

Brand Contribution / Real Estate

  • Work as one team with the Partnerships Project manager and Fashion Project Coordinator to get an overall view of real estate and Brand contribution
  • Work with the Assistant Beauty marketing Manager, Buying teams and partnerships project manager to strategically plan and project manage the Beauty real Estate and promotional site calendar
  • Coordinate and attend weekly meetings with both Buying and Visual Merchandising to help determine the best commercial decisions to drive the business through Brand site and real estate opportunities
  • Support selling of internal real estate sites to support the beauty category and to meet the set annual commercial beauty target for real estate
  • Plan attribution of period Real Estate targets with key internal stakeholders, project management delivery of period and annual targets

 

Analysis and Insight

  • Support the Beauty category team in delivering quarterly external analysis and insights reports that will help define the on-going overall Beauty Strategy.
  • Familiarisation with the internal analytics dashboard to support on the above

Category administration

  • Supporting with completing relevant general admin documentation which includes Weekly Trade slide, Monthly Preview Overview, Business review sheets
  • Create and maintain the annual trading calendar for the category pinpointing key exclusives which will allow the category a full view of support needed for the year
  • Support collation of Wash Up documents from bi internal and Brand campaigns
  • Work with the beauty category team to determine the key communication channels across all of exclusive launches/ Brands

KEY COMPETENCIES

EXPERIENCE

  • Beauty marketing skills preferred
  • Some experience of customer relationship platforms would be beneficial
  • 2 years + of beauty industry preferred
  • Proven project management experience within a retail environment
  • Competent in work, Excel, PowerPoint
