Job Introduction

It's an exciting year here at Selfridges Trafford, especially for our beauty department. We are re-vamping to whole look and feel of it, and introducing some very exciting new brands at the same time. As a result, we have created a number of brand new roles.

Role Responsibility

The Beauty Insider will create a world class beauty shopping environment, which exceeds our customers' needs and expectations. This will be achieved through sales and artistry across our beauty hall, working across brands to drive service excellence in order to maximise sales. 

The Ideal Candidate

We're looking for someone with a real passion for beauty products, who will be an ambassador for Selfridges.

You will deliver expert make up applications and excellent customer service at all times, whilst working as part of a team to promote business objectives and achieve personal and team targets. 

You'll be curious to understand the beauty customer and offer an extraordinary service, by utilising all of the brands across the floor. Building and growing a clientele by developing relationships with customers and offering a bespoke beauty shopping experience.

The Beauty Insider will proactively develop excellent product knowledge by following trends and being aware of competitor activity, showing passion and enthusiasm about products and services available, and inspiring customers with creativity throughout the consultation process.
